Double wall system and bayonet-mounted legs complete a perfect product for those who want to take the best care of their barbecue passion.
Double wall and double bottom
The double wall and double bottom create an exchange of hot air and cold air that helps feeding the embers.
In fact, the cold air enters through the holes in the bottom and as it heats up, it goes to the top passing through the gaps and out of the charcoal support surface.
The air coming out of the charcoal support surface helps the embers stay lit, keeping them hot for longer.
The air passing into the side cavities outside comes out the sides insulating the internal heat which decreases the risk of getting burned if you touch the outside of the barbecue.
The double wall is a patented and deposited system.
Easy assembly
Thanks to the screwless system and bayonet coupling feet, it has never been easier and faster to assemble a barbecue.
This system allows the barbecue to be easily disassembled after use and stored in even small spaces.
By removing the feet, the barbecue is also designed to be used over outdoor or indoor stone structures, such as a fireplace.
The bayonet coupling mounting system of the legs is patented and registered.
Etna Accessories
With the additional accessories* the Etna barbecue becomes a real cooking system.
It allows you to cook from steak, to Abruzzese Arrosticini with the arrosticini kit, or bread and pizza thanks to the oven kit.
Try cooking Brazilian Picanha using the picanha kit.
Attention! picanha kit, arrosticini kit and grease catcher grill are not compatible with the Mini version.
