Double wall and double bottom

The double wall and double bottom create an exchange of hot air and cold air that helps feeding the embers.

In fact, cold air enters through the holes in the bottom and as it overheats, it goes upward, passing through the gaps and out of the charcoal support surface.

The air coming out of the charcoal support surface helps the embers stay lit, keeping them hot for longer.

The air passing into the side cavities outside comes out the sides insulating the internal heat which decreases the risk of getting burned if you touch the outside of the barbecue.

The double wall is a patented and deposited system.
