EASY TO USE
How to use:
- It is highly recommended to use lean meat and passed 2 times in mince.
- Place the dough on the pastry board, take a sheet of baking paper and place it on top of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.
- Remove the baking paper, take Poldino Polpettino and place it on the dough, press and rotate just enough for the patties to come out.
- Lift Poldino Pol pettino and shake it on a work surface for the patties to come out, any fat strands can be removed with a spatula.
