THE SHOVEL

CLEANING BECOMES EASY

The Shovel is a strong, lightweight and flexible product. Strong due to the design of the joint of the handle to the shovel, light due to its light weight, and flexible due to the twisting ability of the handle. Available in two versions. Stainless steel and aluminized iron.

STRONG AND STURDY

Thanks to a study of the joint of the handle with the paddle, which also features rear and side reinforcement with rivets, the product enjoys an increased load capacity of up to 4kg. The paddle is strong and sturdy.

COMFORTABLE AND LIGHTWEIGHT

The angle and height of the handle, together with the light weight of the paddle make the item comfortable to use. The dimensions are 22.2 cm x 25.9 cm x 90 cm with a weight of about 1kg. The paddle is lightweight.

SO MANY MEATBALLS IN ONE GESTURE

Poldino Polpettino is the kitchen tool that allows you to have beautiful patties for creating perfect recipes in one go.

The product easy to use and completely dishwasher safe.

The brand and product are registered and totally made in Italy.

EASY TO USE

How to use:

  1. It is highly recommended to use lean meat and passed 2 times in mince.
  2. Place the dough on the pastry board, take a sheet of baking paper and place it on top of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.
  3. Remove the baking paper, take Poldino Polpettino and place it on the dough, press and rotate just enough for the patties to come out.
  4. Lift Poldino Pol pettino and shake it on a work surface for the patties to come out, any fat strands can be removed with a spatula.
